Task based teaching method is applied and was born in the new curriculum reform teaching methods, is a bright spot in the new teaching method in the teaching, is also one of the difficulties of implementation. In foreign language teaching, primary English teaching plays a very important role, is the foundation of teaching, it is important to. Learners want to quickly improve the oral expression ability, and hope that through oral English class to achieve this desire. And task based teaching method is a new teaching method, vibrant, advocated that learners use the language to complete the course design task, completing the task to learners’ learning process, emphasis on "learning by doing" to foster the students’ communicative competence as the ultimate goal of learning. The task based teaching method is applied to the primary oral Chinese teaching has certain realistic value, can effectively improve the teaching quality and effect, let the learner’s mastery of language knowledge in the imperceptibly, improve the ability of the Chinese language.At the present stage of China’s oral Chinese teaching still has some problems, although many teachers can successfully accomplish the task of teaching, but the effect is often just passable. How scientific, reasonable application of task-based teaching method to improve the quality of teaching, teaching present situation behind condition is low, the training of oral Chinese as a foreign language learners’ comprehensive use of Chinese spoken language ability is the main purpose of this thesis. The task-based teaching method is used in the primary English classroom teaching, based on the design of the teaching task and task outline, to improve the primary oral teaching, improve classroom teaching atmosphere, and promote learners to improve oral English level and the ability to use in the actual communication in oral communication.In this study, through investigation and interview with Shenyang Normal University, Liaoning Normal University and Liaoning University foreign language teachers, primary level students, to understand the current situation of primary English classroom teaching, and teachers and students in classroom teaching views and opinions, application situation and task based teaching method in Chinese language teaching in primary English. Analysis of some problems existing in current Shenyang Normal University, Liaoning Normal University and Liaoning University junior oral English classroom teaching, and put forward effective measures to these problems, ensure the smooth implementation of task based teaching method in the primary Chinese oral class.
