Since 2019,Chinese has been officially listed as a unified national examination subject in Russia,a move that has led to a multiple increase in the number of people learning Chinese in Russia.However,in the domestic research on the application of task-based teaching method,there is little research on Russian students’ primary oral English classroom.in the face of such an unbalanced situation,the research on the application of task-based teaching method for Russian students should be put on the agenda.This paper comprehensively uses three research methods: questionnaire,interview and case analysis to explore the effect of task-based approach in Russian primary oral classroom.In this paper,taking the preparatory class for foreign students in a university in Tianjin as an example,three examples of "what to eat","Spring,Summer,Autumn and Winter" and " Talk about your family." are selected to analyze the application effect.Based on the Ellis task model,teaching examples are divided into three stages: pre-task,during-task and post-task.Combined with the classroom situation and the results of students’ feedback,the application effect of task-based teaching method is outstanding in Russian primary oral class.it has achieved remarkable results in stimulating students’ interest in learning,enhancing students’ self-confidence in learning Chinese and improving students’ communicative competence.Finally,according to the summary of teaching implementation and students’ feedback,the author puts forward some suggestions,such as adopting diversified introduction methods,formulating task inspection forms,adopting interactive evaluation mode,simplifying and dismantling tasks,and so on.to provide reference for primary oral Chinese teaching in Russia.At the same time,it also provides empirical evidence for the theoretical research of task-based teaching method,so this paper has a certain theoretical and practical value.
