Through one year’s teaching practice on Chinese as a foreignlanguage, I have experienced Chinese learners of all kinds and levels; in addition, Ihave some discovery on traditional textbook of different difficulty and degree grade.I found that one good textbook is mostly important in teaching organization. Bystudy on successful of primary Chinese textbook, it has beneficial referential effecton textbook formulation, increasing the teaching level of Chinese as foreignlanguage.This thesis is composed of5chapters and develops study on textbooks of AKey to Chinese Speech and Writing. It has made analysis for the formulationprinciple, style, characteristic, difference for the traditional textbook, as well astextbook quantization and materialization, so people can explore improvementmethods of textbook of Chinese as a foreign language.
