| Abstract:As an adjunct teaching method, multimedia teaching occupies a certain position in the overseas Chinese teaching of the Confucius Institutes. With the development of science and technology, the multimedia Chinese teaching have unmatched advantages and benefits, also, the Chinese learners in the case of non-Chinese Context will learn better by multimedia Chinese teaching. Multimedia Chinese teaching is different from the traditional Chinese teaching methods, it will create a fresh and authentic Chinese scene, provide a more realistic and natural learning environment for Chinese learners. This article is based on the Confucius Institute of Nairobi University in Kenya, through the comprehensive introduce of multimedia Chinese teaching to explore the necessity and characteristics of this kind of method. Use the questionnaire to analyze the attitudes, suggestions and opinions which are from the students about the multimedia Chinese teaching in Confucius Institute of Nairobi University. Try to explore a set of multimedia Chinese teaching mode or method in Confucius Institute. |
