Fuzzy Translation And Clear Translation In Newspaper Language

In different types of articles in mass media, columns and feature articles are prominentlyreadable. They focus on the characteristics of reports, narratives and comments on the basisof the mass media, which bring high value for further research on translation. Throughaccumulative translation experience on such articles, I’ve learnt and applied varioustranslation theories and methods. At the same time, the fuzzy and anti-fuzzy translation(clarified translation) phenomenon aroused in the process attracted my attention. In thisthesis, I tried to summarize the fuzzy phenomenon in columns and feature articlestranslation and to analyze the reasons of their occurrence as well as ways to solve themthrough fuzzy and anti-fuzzy translation to perfect the expressions.
