"Politeness" is one kind of speech that is indispensable. It is used in everyday life. Learning the language of a particular cultures politeness one will also learn tat particular culture. The Chinese language gotten so much more important in the past few years, so more and more people in the world are studying Chinese. Of course, Thailand is no exception. More Thai students choose to learn Chinese nowadays. However, for Thai students understanding Chinese culture is not easy. In my experience, Politeness in particular, contains culturally significant differences that Thai students will perceive as especially difficult. So it is important to research Thai students study habits and use of the polite language.This diploma is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is an introduction, here comes the polite language of previous research, also include information about researching in China and own research scope methodology of Thailand.The second chapter is an overview of theory Chinese Politeness, discussing of Chinese language and Thai language similarities, differences, including the Han Thai politeness often used in everyday life, with the fifth including greeting, thanks to language, compliments, refused to language, apology and others.The third chapter is Thai students politeness researches and analysis. The main content is designed questionnaire after according this material carry out research and analyze.The fourth chapter is recommended Chinese polite language teaching, that Ⅰ presented the proposals with a foreign language, including:recommendations of teachers, learners and teaching materials.In the fifth chapter conclusion of the diploma.
