With the development of the social economy and the increasing recruitment ofthe university,the number of college graduates increases year by year. There are a lotof problems in the process of finding a job.“Employment” is becoming the headacheof college graduated students. Helping college students to make a clear position isbecoming the hot spot of the contemporary universities and social.College studentswill enter the society,they need to improve all aspects of themselves and make thepreparation for career goals. Career maturity is the extent to which individual is readyfor coping with career development tasks appropriate to his or her age. It can predictthe individual’s career development level effectively and have an important effect oncollege students’ career guidance.Resilience is a positive psychology quality,it can buffer or resist the press thatthe individual suffers difficulties and eliminate the negative influence. Now thecollege students face many problems,they are easy to generate bad mood whendealing with the difficulties, so they are slightly weak inside.So we should payattention to college students’ resilience and make an effort to improve it.Due to the resilience has an important effect on people in adverse situation and ithas a very close relationship to every aspect of individuals.College students arefacing the critical period of finding jobs, they will face many difficulties and setbacks.It seems that resilience has a very close relationship to career maturity. Does theresilience make some affection on the career maturity? Base on the consolidation andcombining with the previous researches, this research adopts the existingquestionnaire,makes the statistical analysis with the collected data by using theSPSS17.0,explores the differences of population statistics and relationships betweenthe resilience and the career maturity of college students, the results are as follows:(1) Resilience has significant differences in gender, grade and part–time work;but there is no significant difference in family origin,family structure,professional and position.(2) Career maturity has significant differences in gender, professional, position,grade and part–time work, but there is no significant difference in family origin andfamily structure.(3) Resilience and career maturity show a significant positive correlation,andwith the career maturity in two dimensions includes the knowledge of careerdecision-making and the approach of career decision-making.
