This paper discusses the influence mechanism of academic self and acculturation strategies on the career maturity of Mongolian college students.With the development of the severe employment situation in our country,the promotion of academic self is the ability and achievement of college students.Promoting academic self is the improvement of college students' ability,achievement,and emotion.In the face of difficult employment conditions for ethnic minorities,researching on the development of career maturity is of great significance.This study uses the revised scale of Zhao Xiaoyun's academic self-assessment scale for Guo Cheng from Southwest University.This research uses the revised scale of Zhao Xiaoyun's academic self-assessment scale of Guo Cheng,the acculturation strategies scale of the Central University for Nationalities for translation according to Berry's questionnaire,and the application of Zhang Zhiyong et al.'s adaptation to Korean college students' occupational maturity scale.For the Chinese University Students Occupational Maturity Scale,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 486 undergraduate students of Inner Mongolia Normal University.Firstly,the differences of academic self and career maturity between Mongolian and Han students are analyzed from the aspects of nationality,sex,grade and family residence.Then regression analysis is carried out on the relationship among academic self,acculturation strategies and career maturity,and the mediating role of acculturation strategies is investigated through structural equation model.The results of the study show that:There are significant gender differences in academic self-development between Mongolian and Han nationality students,the level of academic self-development of male students is higher than that of female students,and the career maturity of Mongolian college students is significantly different in gender and grade.The professional maturity of male students is higher than that of female students,and that of senior students is higher than that of junior students,while the professional maturity of Han students is higher than that of junior high school students,and that of students of Han nationality is higher than that of sophomore students,and that of science students is higher than that of liberal arts students.There are significant differences in academic self and career maturity between Mongolian and Han nationality students.The academic self-level and career maturity level of Han nationality college students are higher than that of Mongolian college students.There is a significant correlation between academic self,acculturation strategies and career maturity.The self-control of learning behavior,the perception of learning ability and the value of academic achievement all have positive predictive effects on career maturity.The integration strategy and assimilation strategy play a positive role in predicting the career maturity of Mongolian college students,while the separation strategy and marginalization strategy negatively predict the career maturity of Mongolian college students.The integration strategy and assimilation strategy of acculturation strategies have significant influence on the academic self and career maturity of Mongolian college students.Separating strategy and marginalizing strategy are significant mediating the academic self and career maturity of Mongolian college students,and the influence on career maturity is negative.Based on the theory of academic self-concept and career maturity,this study analyzes the relationship between academic self-concept and career maturity for the first time.To explore whether using acculturationstrategies as an intermediary variable has an impact on the academic self-development of Mongolian college students.
