Innovative Thinking On The Construction Mechanism Of Urban Community Culture

With the rapid development of science and technology,China's economic strength continues to increase,and the community bears the important role of urban social cells in China,and has become an important foundation for urban social and economic development.The key link in urban community construction is urban community culture construction,which marks the urbanization process and urban civilization.This is a prerequisite for improving the urban public cultural service mechanism,a solid guarantee for improving the basic cultural needs and rights of the broad masses of the people,and an important way to achieve cultural prosperity.The basic living space of the community as a city dweller is closely related to people's life.The construction of urban community culture is a key and important link to promote community building.Constantly promoting the construction of community culture has laid a solid foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is also an inherent requirement of China's economic and social development.Therefore,how to effectively build urban community culture has become a hot spot of our concern.This paper analyzes the research and study of urban community culture construction by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,combines the concepts and theories of urban community culture construction,and discovers and compares the cultural culture construction of three typical cities in our province.Due to the lag of the concept of community culture construction,imperfect investment mechanism and operational mechanism,and the evaluation system of unscientific cultural activities,the lack of long-term planning for community culture construction and the lag of ideas are mainly reflected as follows: First,the development and utilization of community resources Unreasonable,low conversion rate of results;second,the incentive mechanism is incompatible;third,the urban community cultural team is unstable;fourth,the degree of informationization of community culture construction is not high;fifth,the information efficiency of the transformation of results.The problem is found to solve the problem better.Therefore,in order to promote the efficient and scientific development of urban community culture,this paper puts forward the following six points in combination with the above three typical cases: First,coordinate the interest mechanism and correctly handle the urban community culture construction.Second,the incentive compatibility constraint is in the urban community culture construction;third,the integration of various favorable resources,coordination of urban community culture construction;fourth,to increase social participation and enthusiasm;fifth,change the way capital is invested,Reduce the risk of transformation of results;sixth,build a transformation platform,and develop channels for transformation of results.In order to further promote the construction of urban community culture,relying on the mechanism design theory,adhere to the principles of urban community culture construction such as system,openness,pluralism and innovation,and clarify the basic concepts and objectives of urban community.
