On this basis, we explain the logicalfoundation of the four groups of sentences. Secondly, this paper examines the evolution, function and mood of adversative marks and explains the reasons why different marks fitdifferent sentences. Lastly, through make the transition between transitional complexsentences and some relevant complex sentences, we further study the semantic focus anddegree of mood in different transitional complex sentences. The basic conclusion of this dissertation is that the presupposition Aâ†'M1~B fit allof the marked transitional complex sentences in medieval chinese, but the means of triggerthe presupposition are not same.
