During the Ming Dynasty, Pearl River Delta Area is away from the central government, which with complex terrain, high mountains, dense forests and malaria frequently. Such natural and geographical conditions that make it easy to become a natural breeding ground for local unrest. After the late Ming, development of economy and displaced persons to enter and keep the local social order and stability suffered even greater challenge. During Ming Dynasty, Pearl River Delta Area affected by bandits, long-term social unrest.This article based on the investigation to the problem of the bandits in the Pearl River Delta Area, discusses the interactive relationship between The rebellion and Social change. The second part, from the perspective of the "thief" status analysis the cause of the rebellion, the article points out that the rebellion is caused by the combination of the geographical and humanistic environment, changes like the central government policy, uneven local society taxes, damaged of organizations at the grass-roots level, livelihood difficulties are the causes of people becoming the bandits and change triggered unrest. And at the same time, The third part discusses the government achieve the reconstruction of local order by against the insurgency. Government set up a complete set of defense system to strengthen the military force; at the same time make the so-called "Barbarians" into the government control, make "bandits" changing into "people", expand the control range of the government, and the "administrative division".
