Junior high students began to face their studies, academic pressures, competitionis fierce in the exam, test anxiety resulting high level has become an urgent problem.The survey results show that the test subjects were brought to the obvious discomfortof the detection rate of68.2%,19.4%mild anxiety,41.2%moderate anxiety,39.4%severe anxiety. This result shows that test anxiety in junior high school can not beignored. Excessive test anxiety not only affect student achievement and efficiency,but also a great impact on their physical and mental health. To explore theinfluencing factors of test anxiety, researchers from different aspects parenting style,family environment, personality, coping style, achievement motivation on testanxiety were studied, but the impact on the resilience test anxiety also few studies onand mechanisms on parenting, mental flexibility and test anxiety of the three have yetto see. In this study, the relationship between parenting style, psychologicalresilience and test anxiety of the three in-depth analysis and discussion of gender andparental influence and students to the cultural level, as well as psychologicalresilience between parenting style and test anxiety and analyze what effect kind ofeffect.This study used a random sample of the overall approach to Shijiazhuang threeschools330questionnaires were tested using SPSS13.0for data processing. Examinesthe status of junior high school students Parenting, mental flexibility and test anxiety,and the results validate the hypothesis, the results were as follows:1. On the whole, parents of junior high school students feel the warmth from themother’s understanding and excessive interference, overprotection some more; bringsignificant physical discomfort junior high detection rate was higher, at71.5%of testanxiety.2junior high school parent rearing style, psychological resilience multiplefactors and test anxiety have significant gender, students, the differences in parentaleducation level.3junior high school parent rearing style, psychological resilience and testanxiety were significantly related to all three.4parent rearing style and mental resilience for test anxiety have significantpredictive effect.5resilience between parent rearing style and test anxiety plays an intermediaryrole.
