Various contradictions prominent and conflict of interest in social transformation, making the occurrence of unexpected events increasingly become the norm, not only the need to respond to emergencies of national government agencies, the media industry is imperative. Emergency has a regularity of the generation mechanism and presentation, after the incident occurred, the attitude of the media coverage directly related to the settlement process of the entire event.In the field of society, the media is the mouthpiece of the public, which regards rapid and timely delivery of information to the public as the highest social norms. In field of media operation, it has a mechanism in line with the law of its own development, which is a potential power to ensure the benign operations of the media and a consistent idea to meet the information needs of the public. In the areas of ethics, it’s called media ethics, which is always a core belief for media organizations to adhere to.As a separate unit, the survival and the development of the social media in many cases are controlled by realistic social operating environment. Emergencies, with their powerful destructive effects and social influence, have gradually become an important incentive to disrupt the order of the media. No matter what form of unexpected events occur, they will bring potential challenges to the news media.From the false of news reports to the lag of information disclosure, the missing of media social responsibility is directly related to the construction of media ethics.This article seeks to use communications, sociology and ethics to explore the ethical issues of the dissemination of media information in emergencies, so that we can find some solutions to overcome ethical imbalances.
