| Under the background of globalization, promoting the cultural soft power is not only implementing the spirit of the sixth plenary session of the17th and the eighteenth meeting, but also an urgent need to push forward vigorous development and enrichment of socialist culture, to promote the construction of the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to solve the people’s growing material and cultural needs, to build the powerful socialism cultural country, to ensure the safety of socialism cultural country, to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The seventh session of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Party has pointed out that the whole world today is undergoing major development, major changes and major adjustments, and the role of culture in the competition of comprehensive national strength in a more prominent position. Hence, maintaining the security of the national culture and enhancing the national culture soft power even more urgent. On this basis, the eighteen Report and the Third Plenary Session of the18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out the importance of enhencing our cultural soft power and made futher directions to specific development path. The eighteen Report pointed out the national culture overall strength and competitiveness is an important aspect of promoting socialist cultural power construction. We should sum up experience and catch the opportunities. The Third Plenary Session of the18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China once again address the directions, roads, guidelines and principles to enhence cultural soft power, and fundamentally setting the road and the goal that the construction of socialist cutural power must obey, both of the above laying a solid theoretical basis for the futural construction of socialist cutural power. However, when we go deeply into the reality, we will find it is not optimistic about China’s cutural construction, there are some problems to be solved. For this, this paper against the background of globalization putting forward some recommendations for China’s cultural construction problems.Part Ⅰ, explaining the related concepts. This section defines the conceptions of "globalization" and "cultural soft power", include the meaning, essence and basic process of globalization, connotative analysis of "cultural" and "soft power", the basis constitutions of cultural soft power and analyse the importance of cultural soft power.Part Ⅱ, the impact of globalization on the development of the national cultural soft power. This part mainly analyse both positive impact and negative impact of globalization on the development of the national cultural soft power.Part Ⅲ, the importance of improving national cultural soft power under the background of Globalization. This section point out the importance of active construction our national cultural soft power. In current situation, enhance our national cultural soft power can contuibute to the development our national hard power, enhance our national sofe power, enhance the impel and impact of Chinese culture, participate in world civilazation dialogue and maintain the world culture diversity.Part Ⅳ, the compositions of China’s cultural soft power and their deficiency. This section point out when we affirmed the achievements in China’s cultural soft power construction, there are still some problems. For example, in vitality, lack of advance in reforming the traditional Chinese culture; in creativity, lack of transformating and innovating in mordenlize the traditional culture; in transmission power, lack of competitiveness in China’s foreign cultural transmission; in dominance, lack of refine and identity national mainstream culture.Part Ⅴ, the strategies for improving China’cultural soft power against the background of Globalization. This section put forward some suggestions on the improvement of China’cultural soft power based on four compositions of cultural soft power and their deficiency. |
