Study On The Current Situation Of Basic Level Administration Of Transformational Leadership

Transformational Leadership has been one of the hottest issues in the academic field of leadership in western countries since1980s.Along with the social environment of increasingly globalized world, rapid changes to the public sector managers and leaders brought grim challenge and test. In our country," western big development" to carry out ten years to come, our country northwest area socioeconomy also produced tremendous change, people living standard rises significantly. However, the rapid economic development situation, northwest area public sector defects are revealed:too much too little government control service、 low administrative efficiency、 administrative personnel idea and quality does not meet the needs of the development of Western China,etc. How to better solve and handle these administrative issues, transformational leadership will undoubtedly become the effective way of comparison.This paper first reviews the extensive literature on the basis of transformational leadership, were reviewed and summed up. Secondly, combined with the case study of J County of Gansu province’s specific situation, designs the interview outline, and the relevant personnel in the interview. Through the results of interview objective description, clear the basic administration of transformational leadership status. Then, through the study of the current situation, found in the northwest base transformational leadership development that need to be addressed such as the common vision of building, communication mechanism and other aspects of the problem. Finally, according to the need to address the problem, put forward in the primary administration promote transformational leadership is effective and workable countermeasures.
