| County-level civil servants with higher job satisfaction and healthy development of civilservice management is an important factor related to the development of the national civilservice management,government agencies,quality and effectiveness of public administration.The author fully using the methods of literature research, with reference to some domestic andforeign job satisfaction maturity scale, through the interviews are corrected, compiled a grassroots civil servants job satisfaction questionnaire, after in a district within the scope of thedistribution and recovery, to obtain a more objective basis for sample, and using SPSS19.0statistical software for data analysis, are as follows results.1.At present, a district of grass-roots civil servants to feel quite satisfied with the overallwork.2.On a grass roots civil servants job satisfaction has a significant impact on work relatedfactors are15,5dimensions, according to the score of satisfaction from low to high:management unit, work environment, income, organizational environment and work itself.3.The population statistics variables, age and job satisfaction have significant influence,gender, administrative levels, and marital status of a zone of grass-roots civil servants jobsatisfaction has no significant impact on.Based on the above results, this paper to improve the job satisfaction of a district ofgrass-roots civil servants put forward corresponding countermeasures, hope to a zone ofgrass-roots civil servants management decision-making provide reference. |
