Job satisfaction refers to the attitude towards work itself and related aspects in the process of work,which affects the efficiency of individual work.Young civil servants as the backbone of the government,undertakes the important responsibility of public management,the level of job satisfaction,not only affect the physical and mental development of young civil servants,and to create a service-oriented and innovative government.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the job satisfaction of the youth civil servants in Yixian.Civil servants as the study of this article select from Yixian Liaoning Province,through empirical research,to study the status in Yixian young civil servants' job satisfaction in-depth analysis of the impact of job satisfaction,analysis of the causes of dissatisfaction and actively exploring and improving the Yixian young civil servants job satisfaction measures.It is concluded that the overall satisfaction degree of the young civil servants in Yixian is between"general" and "satisfaction",and there is still a lot of room for improvement.Among the demographic attributes,gender,marriage,education and job satisfaction have significant differences.The average scores of job related factors from high to low are interpersonal relationship,work itself,unit management,development opportunity and work reward.Through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,it is concluded that the two dimensions of "development opportunity" and "work itself" have significant predictive power.According to the conclusion,analysis of the reasons for the dissatisfaction of young civil servants in Yixian county,from the six aspects of improving the comprehensive quality,improving the salary and welfare level,strengthening the training and training,perfecting the reasonable assessment system,broadening the promotion development channels,and implementing the people-oriented management,this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of the young civil servants in Yixian,providing ideas for the management of young civil servants and government administrative efficiency,providing the reference for the construction of service-oriented government in Yixian.
