Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic and social have hitherto unknown development, people’s life has improved greatly, impoverished population declined steadily year by year. However, the problem of poverty in the minority areas is not only exist, the problem of poverty in some local areas is more prominent. Therefore, the eradication of poverty is the current and future periods is extremely urgent and important strategic task. The problem of poverty in the minority areas is a major policy issue of reality, theory and Research on economic and social concern. The problem of poverty in minority areas has become a major subject of national economy can not be ignored, is an indispensable part of the study of ethnic economics.This paper choose typical minority village:zhalaite banner Bayan hematoxylin as case study object. The foundation of absorbing the theory of national economics and development economics, which, from the regional poverty gap between the rich and the poor and the consumption type of investigation and analysis, make a deep research on the causes of poverty from the perspective of the township economy causes and non-economic reasons, and combing with the analysis of government for many years the Bayan Ulan County township of anti-poverty work.
