On China’s Food Safety Regulation Mode Of Socialization

In recent years, food safety accidents, cause social all circles to the food safety supervision and regulation of food safety system to query. As a food safety supervision of the frontline staff, the author deeply felt, in the face of food safety accidents emergency situation, face the public to food safety and higher requirements, the current food safety system to reform and perfect. Combined with years of front-line supervision of practice, the author puts forward the construction of food safety supervision mode in socialization, does not negate the existing regulatory model, but tries to change a way of thinking and working methods, to search for better food safety regulatory pathways, to compensate for the current food safety regulatory model, to promote food safety to superintend the job to obtain better result.This paper mainly consists of four parts:The first part, introduction. Introduction of the research background and the significance, domestic study status, this research ideas, methods and research frame.The second part, the concept and current situation of food safety. The food safety concept, from a comprehensive, social, developmental, political and legal aspects, the connotation of the concept of food safety, supervision of food to higher standards, higher, more demanding, interpretation of social supervision mode to improve food safety supervision system of necessity; through the list of current food safety accidents of the performance, analysis of its causes, make construction of food safety supervision and social supervision system of urgency.The third part, China’s food safety regulatory status. Combination of first-line supervision practice, analysis of China’s current food safety regulation mode and system and other aspects the obvious disadvantages, pointing out that the current food safety supervision mode in many ways incompatible with food safety to superintend the job, it is very difficult to reach the regulatory goals, expression constructs the social supervision mode of necessity.The fourth part, constructing society of safety of our country food supervision model is proposed. Use of the new institutional economics theory, analysis the government, third departments, the food industry autonomy organization, consumers and the news media and other forces into the food safety regulatory body the feasibility; put the body in the food safety supervision system in the role assignment and should be the main task; the corresponding perfect supervision system of food safety, to ensure food security and social supervision system running smoothly.
