Research On The Fourth Mode Of Rural Community Construction

Rural community, a new social formation, emerged in the integration of urban and rural areas and development of new rural construction. Construction of rural communities can effectively solve the problems of rural communities, narrow the urban-rural distance, and promote economic and social development to build a harmonious society in rural areas. The rural community construction concerns the reform and development, social stability and people’s vital interests. It is an important and urgent work to promote the development of new urbanization. Although China has obtained a great deal of success, there are still many contradictions and problems, such as the disunity of rural organization, lacking of the rural public service, farmer issues and so on. Based on the present community development of Dayao and Huifeng Community, this paper armed at deep research of the Fourth mode of rural community construction. By analyzing the present situations and practical experiences of the development of Dayao and Huifeng Community, conclusions will be made to promote a better development of other rural community.The paper is given priority to empirical study, supplemented by necessary theoretical research and qualitative analysis, adopts literature analysis, practical investigation and theory-practice combination methods. Through literature study, meanings, features and functions of rural community will be summarized, as well as the construction modes of rural community at home and abroad. By visits, seminars, questionnaire surveys and other investigations, a deeper understanding of the background, present situation and development results of the Fourth mode of rural community construction will be concluded. At last, based on the community development of Huifeng Community under the guidance of the Fourth model of rural community construction, summed up the practical experience, problems and shortcomings of the Fourth model of rural community construction to support development of similar towns and provide a new theory, practical experience on rural community development.The paper is divided into two parts with Introduction and main sections from content system. According to its basic logic frame, it is divided into six parts as follow:introduction, related theories and main construction mode of rural community, concept and development history of the Fourth mode of rural community construction, present development situation and results of the Fourth mode of rural community construction, practical development problems of the Fourth mode of rural community construction, and countermeasures and suggestions to rural community construction.Based on the practical research of Huifeng Community construction, the paper is trying to make a detailed analysis of local community construction and insufficiency of the Fourth mode of rural community construction under the background of new urbanization. So as to put forward some suggestions of rural community construction, promote the development of the Fourth mode of rural community construction, and provide a new development way to other rural community with similar conditions.
