It is positive development for rural service system construction. The one of equal public service system’s development is that improve the community service system in rural areas. the author looks for a lot of related information and make the analytical investigation about community service condition in rural areas and the current situation of economic development of zhucheng, so that further understand the running status of service system in Zhucheng. Nowadays, our country rural community system has a reasonable positioning, it can promote the service development of Chinese rural areas, and reduce the gap between urban and rural areas, so that it can improve service quality of equalization, it is very important to the construction of socialist new countryside.
