In this study, we make the staff of Fuzhou traffic system as the research object, base on the pairing investigation of302employees and supervisors, to verify regression effect between the job stress and work performance of employees, as well as demographic information variable groups differences on job stress and work performance. Through the statistical analysis of IBM SPSS20.0, the study found that there are significant effect between the responsibility, work load, work tension of job stress and whole job performance, the work quality of job stress produced a positive regression effect only for the contextual Performance; At the same time, the different variables of age, marriage, education, job seniority, weekly work time, whether to need to take care of old people and whether to need to take care of their children in staff groups showed significant difference on the job stress, but only the different variables of education and weekly work time in employees groups had significant difference on the work performance, including employees had the higher education and the more time working weekly, the performance evaluation is higher. Finally, in view of the above results, the research gave the countermeasures and suggestions for further analysis of the management practice and reference.
