With the development of economy and society,urban community governance has undergone rapid changes.Starting from 2014,Shishan community began the community development mode of residents participating in community autonomy projects.Through the government purchase community service projects,the community residents,needs are explored,and community autonomy projects are formed,which are implemented by community social organizations or third-party non-governmental enterprises.As the main participant of the community autonomy project,the author analyzed the development of Shishan community autonomy project,the typical community autonomy project,the participation of residents as organizers and participants in the community autonomy project.Through questionnaires,interviews and long-term non-participatory observation,the author concluded that there are many difficulties in residents,participation in community autonomy project.First,the author concluded that residents' participation in community autonomy project has many problems.The innovatiort ability of residential self-government projects is insufficient,the second is the imbalance of the population involved in residential self-government projects,the third is the difficulty for residents.to participate in the promotion of effective self-government projects,Forth,some community autonomy projects have strong administrative color.For the problems existing in Shishan community residents'participation in self-government projects in Suzhou High-tech Zone,this paper analyses the reasons from multiple dimensions,and seeks solutions from the aspects of government.social organizations,communities,residents and social capital,so as to provide reference for the development of residents' participation in community self-government projects.
