Nowadays, with the increasing stress in workplace, occupational burnout has become the most important issue in the modern workplace. According to the statistics in2012, there are6.894million civil servants in China (not including the staff of the mass organization organs and institutions that reference management of civil servants), accounting for0.5%of the nationwide population. Healthy and steady growth of the groups of civil servants can not only build a good image for the government, also has a great significance to the development and stability of the society. By researching the performance of occupational burnout, analyzing the causes and development of occupational burnout, revolving around this special group of civil servants, especially the civil servants of local tax departments, this paper will seek good countermeasure to reduce the harm from occupational burnout, and to achieve the healthy growth of the groups of civil servants.In this paper, author mainly uses the empirical research, with supplement by theoretical studies; firstly, using data analysis method, collects and analyzes the domestic papers and results in occupational burnout research; secondly, using the field-observation and field-interview method, records the characteristics and performance of occupational burnout of civil servants in Jiangxi local tax departments; finally, using the pre-existing statistical data analysis in the nil-interference-research to observe and analysis the pre-acquisition data. Through statistical analysis of the physiological performance, mental performance and behavior of occupational burnout of the civil servants in Jiangxi local tax departments, obtains there are three major factors affecting the occupational burnout of civil servants in Jiangxi local tax departments which are individual reasons, professional reasons and organizational reasons, and seeks out countermeasure to reduce the occupational burnout according to these three major facts.
