Nowadays, moral responsibility has become a hot social topic. Lack of citizen moral responsibility have a badly influence on the happiness of a family and the workplace atmosphere. And it also destroy the social life environment. So,to strengthen the cultivation of citizen moral responsibility consciousness is of great urgency.The reasons for lack of citizen moral responsibility consciousness including that the responsibility main body is short of responsibility consciousness, the lack of a good moral environments and so on. Starting from the phenomena and reasons of lack of citizen moral responsibility consciousness. We should take a series of measures to cultivate the citizen moral responsibility consciousness.
