Chinese Citizen Moral Responsibility Consciousness Cultivation Value And Its Realization Way

In the social moral system, moral responsibility at a higher level, to measure the level of moral consciousness of citizens, mainly to see whether there is a sense of moral responsibility. Therefore, the core of moral education is to cultivate the sense of moral responsibility. Especially with the development of market economy and promote the cultivation of citizen moral responsibility consciousness, value has become increasingly prominent. However, in real life, moral responsibility consciousness of our citizens is not optimistic, there are some weak links and bad phenomenon. This makes this paper to actively explore the cultivation of citizen moral responsibility consciousness, enhance the sense of moral responsibility of citizens, formed an important research topic in this paper. The use of Marx's ethics, sociology and other related theories, analyzes the cultivation of civic moral responsibility consciousness of social value and individual value, and from the family, school, puts forward the ways to realize the value of society and its citizens and other aspects, which provides a reference for the practice of citizen moral responsibility.This paper consists of four parts. The first part explains the research purpose, significance and research methods, combing the dynamic academic cultivation of citizen moral responsibility consciousness. In the second part, from the perspective of ethics to clarify the connotation of citizen moral responsibility consciousness, characteristics and its contents. The third part analyses the cultivation of citizens in China the moral responsibility consciousness value. First of all, from the building of a harmonious society, the improvement of social civilization, the Chinese traditional virtue and other aspects of the cultivation of social values. Secondly, from the performance of citizen moral responsibility, the formation of healthy personality, self value and social value realization are analyzed in terms of a Value. In the fourth part, from creating a harmonious family atmosphere, play the main position of school education, broaden social channels and enhance citizens' self education ability expounds the way to realize our country citizen moral responsibility consciousness cultivation value.
