The Behavior Selection Of Civil Sewants Under Ublic And Private Interests In Our Country

With the development of the theory and the work of anti-corruption,International community has become increasingly concerned about corruption fromthe source and increasing emphasis on the prevention of corruption, Corruptionprevention and punishment both embarked on the road of anti-corruption.International community generally believes that Public official’s conflict of interest(COI) is the trigger mechanism of corruption, the source of corruption. We mustproceed from the source to prevent corruption from occurring, that is, to preventpublic officials from placing themselves in the situation of conflict of interest. Thepractice of international community of preventing corruption by preventing conflict ofinterest has achieved good results. In contrast, our research and practice of preventingconflict of interest are all relatively slowly, no matter acknowledgment of the problem,or attention to its importance, are all to be improved. The public officer’s conflict ofinterest is prevailing in our country, and it has become an important trigger ofcorruption, has seriously affected the honest, fair, and impartial image ofgovernment.
