With the full survey and analysis of the status quo of the Urban Working Youthparticipation of continuing education,the research of this thesis regards the continuingeducation of the Urban Working Youth as its logical starting point, the continuingeducation theory as its cognitive foundation, focus on the motivation, significancesand barriers of the Urban Working Youth participating continuing education, andendeavors to find a practical path to remove the barriers of the Urban Working Youthparticipation of continuing education and to offer theoretical and practical supports.This thesis centered on the “the barriers of the Urban Working Youthparticipating continuing education”, which is also the theme of this thesis, and isdivided into six chapters.The first chapter, the reasons and significances of choosing this topic, and thebasic thoughts and ways of organizing this thesis, the innovation on this thesis;definition of the Urban Working Youth, the continuing education for the UrbanWorking Youth, the barriers of the Urban Working Youth participating continuingeducation, which are necessary for the futher researches in this thesis.The second chapter, the views on young people working abroad continuingeducation on urban obstacles related research. The Urban Working Youth werecontinuing education, continuing education barriers to the Urban Working Youth, theUrban Working Youth continuing education barrier "Digestion Strategy" relatedresearch were reviewed for continuing education digestion disorders the UrbanWorking Youth laid the cornerstone.The third chapter, the essential meanings of the continuing education for theUrban Working Youth is expounded. From the perspective of harmonious societytheory, human capital theory, and lifelong education theory, this chapter does somerational researches on the system methods and assessments of the continuingeducation for the Urban Working Youth. At the same time, the continuing educationfor Urban Working Youth era characteristic were digging deep.The fourth chapter, a survey on the current situation of the Urban Working Youthparticipating continuing education is undertaken in the form of questionnaires. Basedon the results of the analysis of the survey information and data, a deep analysis onthe barriers of the Urban Working Youth participating continuing education is made,in which, analyses and conclusions of the key barriers like, cognitive barriers,systematic barriers, resource barriers, individual barriers, are also made to support thefurther researches of this thesis.The fifth chapter, strategies on removing barriers of the Urban Working Youthparticipating continuing education is introduced. The guiding ideology, general goal,basic principles and basic tasks are all clarified in this chapter. Besides the perspectives of the learning environment, operating mechanism, investing mechanism,resource mechanism and assessment system, the path of removing barriers isscientifically designed, which support the research of this thesis from a practicalaspect.The conclusion, in this part, deep reflects and anticipations of the followed-upstudies are made. And explanations on the problems of data, technology operations,strategy designs, etc. are also made to inspire the followed-up studies.
