With the rapid development of NGO, as well as the consciousness of participatein public policy gradually enhanced,NGO start to through various means and channelsto participate in public policy making process, and attempt to exert influenceon the policy establish, so that they could better achieve their organizationalgoals.However, the development of Guangxi NGO especially participation in publicpolicy-making still faces many difficulties at this stage. therefore, it is crucialfor management research of the NGO in Guangxi to analysis and research what straitswill be faced with during the process, put forward the corresponding developmentapproach, so as to promote the sound development of the NGO in Guangxi, becomean important force in propelling Guangxi economic and social development.According to the reality development of NGO in Guangxi, this paper analysis thefeasibility of its participation in public policy, the difficulties and the leadingcauses, fully draw lessons from the United States, Canada, Britain, Japan anddomestic experience, in-depth analysis and comprehensive the plight of NGOparticipation in public policy formulation in Guangxi from the dimension of thegovernment, NGO’ s own dimension, social dimension. Hence play an important rolein Guangxi NGO ’s ability to improve the organization, better participation inpublic policy formulation, to participate in social management, as well as theGuangxi government further improve social management and realize the maximizationof public interests, and laid a solid foundation to achieve the purpose of the"good governance".
