Research On The Social Capital Of Community Building In Aohan District Of Chifeng

Community is a fundamental part of modern urban society, and it is a microcosmof the larger society, it can be vividly called the "cells" of modern urban society. TheCommunity integration of Community is the trend of the development of society as awhole. In urban communities, the government, residents, non-governmentalorganizations are communicating and interacting face-to-face, and maintaining thehealthy development of urban communities, It has became an effective way torealizing social harmony by improving the ability of social integration, maintainingsocial stability, promoting social development, expanding the social democracy.Starting from the current situation of the of Aohan community building in ChifengCity, looking for the actual problem, the causes of the questions, the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions by analyzing the theory of social capital. The studyfound that the community building in Aohan has some problems: the community trustis unsound because of the lack of communication; Community norms and system isflawed, weak in binding; The Community network structure is not perfect that is notform a positive interaction between the main networks.Against the problem of community building in Aohan, this article does a deepanalysis of the causes of the problem. That trust in community is low; the norms areunperfected; the network of relation is unbalance. And then based on the actualsituation of the country, combining the theory of social capital to China’s currenturban community building, exploring the Aohan community development from theperspective of the theory of social capital and putting forward the following threerecommendations: cultivating the citizens’ social trust to enhance communityorganizations’ standardized construction; building community networks of trust,participation and reciprocity. Government, community and residents all try best tocultivate the ability of community management, improve the efficient of building,enhance the level of exercise, explore and build a harmonious community of the city.
