Urban Community Construction From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Innovative community construction is an important grassroots practice to promote national development.Community building is an important task based on the local characteristics of China and the requirements of future urban development.In recent years,China's community construction has been enthusiastically carried out under the impetus of various policies and achieved good results.It has proposed to strengthen grassroots democracy construction and emphasize the construction of citizens' participation in community relations networks.This is the category of social capital theory.The cultivation of social capital is an important part of community building and an intrinsic motivation to promote community building.This paper studies urban community construction from the perspective of social capital.I will give a detailed description of what I want to study from the following six chapters: Firstly,it introduces the background,origin and significance of urban community construction from the perspective of social capital.Then it sorts out the research direction and content of social capital and community construction by scholars at home and abroad in recent years,and takes the connotation of social capital theory,social network theory and social governance theory as a theoretical analysis tool.Then,by analyzing the development process of China's urban communities and the development modes such as administrative heavy,community autonomy and hybrid,the paper points out the direction of community development in China;and through analyzing the practical characteristics of urban communities in Taiwan,Shanghai and Chengdu,Point out the important role of social capital in the process of community building.Then,based on the perspective of social capital,we explore the path of multi-subject participation,building community relationship networks,improving community norms,and increasing citizen participation in the process of urban community construction.From the leading role of party building,citizen participation,community culture construction,and community relationship network,this paper analyzes the impact on community construction as a theoretical framework for the case of Nanjing Ruicheng Community.On the basis of field research,we have outlined the Ruicheng community since its establishment three years from the four aspects of higher democratization and better implementation of the policy,open community platform,community education promotion and residents' health protection,and harmonious and stable community atmosphere.The community creates an overall situation,and then uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the four influential factors of party building,citizen participation,community culture construction,and community relationship network,and explore the fundamental problems of community building.And in-depth analysis of the corresponding reasons.Finally,it puts forward the policy recommendations for the further development of urban communities in China from the perspective of social capital: First,improve community laws and regulations,improve supervision and restraint mechanism;Second,emphasize the transformation of party building from administration to socialization;Third,strengthen community norms and promote community Self-government;Fourth,strengthen the network of community relations and improve credit construction.
