High-tech Enterprise Knowledge Workers Ideological And Political Education Incentive Countermeasure For Research

Motivation is the main part of ideological and political education, because effective motivation can encourage people activity and creativity. Knowledge workers master high-tech enterprises’core skills and knowledge and decide the development of the companies. The research of the motivation counter measure for knowledge workers in China’s high-tech enterprises has just started. Because the lack of understanding the motivation theories, innovating of the incentive mechanism and acknowledge of the motivation environment, the high-tech enterprises has to face the problems of the incentive form and direction singleness, the motivational techniques one-sided and incentive not in time. So it is necessary to research the ideological and political education motivation of the knowledge workers in China’s high-tech enterprises. Based on content motivation theories, process theories and reinforcement theories and combined the personality characteristics of high-quality, high-standard and high-pursuant of knowledge workers, we put forward reasonable and feasible incentive counter measure to solve existent problems, including needs motivation, synchronous motivation, environment motivation and caring motivation to improve effect of the ideological and political education motivation of the knowledge workers in China’s high-tech enterprises.
