Study On Political Participation Of Migrant Workers Under The Social Management Innovation

Migrant workers is accompanied by the transformation of our society and the emergence of a group of special groups, the large number of migrant workers groups contributed to the development of urban and rural society, however, migrant workers are not optimistic about the political participation, it is inextricably linked with the backward social management system. Therefore, migrant workers is treated as a research object, throngh the discussing of the constriaint t analysis, it reveals the backward social management system is the nature of the political participation of migrant workers lag causes in this study.Then, which Taking the appropriate measures for the Political participation in order,not only contribute to the scientific and effectiveness of public policy, also, to promote the development of democracy to some extent.The paper is divided into five parts, the firstis the account of the background and conditions,and analysis of progress and article research purpose, significance, methods and innovations. The second part is the relevant concepts and theories to elaborate. The third part, to explore the analysis of the current situation and the reasons for political participation of migrant workers, furthermore, it reveals that the backward social management system is the nature reason, the fourth part discusses the relationship of social management system and migrant workers political participation. The fifth part proposes corresponding improvement measures to political participation of migrant workers.On the issue of political participation of migrant workers, many academic researchers from a different perspective on the study, this article discuses the on the social management system as the nature reason of the problem of the political participation of migrant workers.
