Earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is the important part of national public safety, public welfare undertakings basic, important, sustainable development has a bearing on people’s lives and property and the economic and social. Hanchuan after the earthquake, with the development of social economy and people’s awareness of disaster prevention of the increase, national government attaches great importance to the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, people urgently need a affected by disasters, less good living environment. Therefore, building into a good service guarantee system of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is a need.In Guangdong Province21prefecture-level city, there are18cities are located in the national earthquake monitoring key defensive area,these areas in our province is densely populated, economically developed areas, and the social, public and government’s response to the earthquake catastrophe experience is very lack, once the earthquake, will cause serious earthquakes. Therefore, to build a good service support system for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in Guangdong Province is necessary.In this paper, a total of5parts:the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background, purpose, significance of this research, the, also introduced the research present situation, the article describes the research ideas, research methods and innovative points; the second chapter in Guangdong Province of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction as an example, introduces the present situation of Guangdong Province earthquake disaster reduction system; the third chapter analyzes the earthquake disaster reduction work of the existing problems, analyzes its shortcomings, such as hysteresis, service system of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation earthquake emergency response lag, the public crisis management awareness is weak, the basic organization construction, the failure to implement the laws and regulations and the lack of international communication and exchange; the fourth chapter introduces the Countermeasures of earthquake prevention and disaster relief service guarantee system,and put forward to improve the security system, improve the infrastructure construction of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, improve relevant laws and regulations and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and Countermeasures; the fifth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the whole thesis, and prospects the future research of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
