With the large number of migrant workers into the cities, migrant workers children’s education to become a top government inflow problem. Development and implementation of education policies there are many contradictions, educational resources and population policy is difficult to match the children of migrant workers can not be guaranteed the right to education problems to be solved. Guangdong, China’s economic development as the most developed in the region, one of the large number of migrant workers, in recent years, enrollment for children of migrant workers have also made a lot of exploring policy. But now in education policy formulation, implementation, there are still many problems, leading to children of migrant workers facing the school is difficult, educational inequality and other issues. Tianhe District, Guangdong Province as one of the economically developed areas, migrant workers children to school is also more prominent, the district government is also prepared to reform in this area, hoping for children of migrant workers admissions policy to be perfect, so as to solve feed City workers children to school problems, improve the educational level of Tianhe District, Tianhe District, to promote the development.In this paper, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, for example, policies on children of migrant workers to conduct a comprehensive study. Text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introductory part. The second part of children of migrant workers related to the notion that migrant workers, migrant workers children’s concepts are defined. And the characteristics of children of migrant workers are discussed. The third part of the school for the children of migrant workers policy, from the state of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City, Tianhe District, four levels were studied. The fourth part analyzes the schooling of children of migrant workers policy and policy implementation problems and causes of these problems and the causes of the in-depth exploration. Section V presents a perfect school children of migrant workers policy recommendations.
