With the high-speed development of the internet industry, the Internetin our society is playing an increasingly important role. Although theinternet industry is an emerging industry, but it brought enormous changesto our society, has great influence on the whole society. However, thedevelopment of the internet industry has also brought many problems inantitrust work in china, caused wide attentions. For the vast majorityof antitrust cases, the definition of the relevant market is theprecondition of antitrust work. In august1,2008, China has formallypromulgated the anti-monopoly law, law enforcement experience is onlyjust less than5years. Although the antimonopoly commission issued “theguide of the definition of relevant market” on May24,2009, but theprovisions of the guide is not specific, and don’t have specialregulations in the definition of relevant market for the Internet industry.The main purpose of this article is through the specific analysis for thedefinition of the relevant market on internet industry, find out theproblems and put forward the proposals.Full-text consists of four parts:The first chapter mainly analyzes the general theory of the relevantmarket. The second chapter analyzes the new changes and challenges brought bythe Internet industry to definition of the relevant market.The third chapter mainly through the specific cases to analyzing thedefinition of the relevant market on internet industry.The fourth chapter main content is the suggestions of the author.
