In recent years, some cases such as “Renren v. Baidu”, “3Q big fight” have happened in the Internet Industry of China. Because of these cases then how to rule the competition environment of Internet Industry has arouse public attention. In fact, from 1990 th some countries which have achieved developed Internet Industry such as the America and the Europe had punitive monopoly firms to maintain a open competition environment for the small new creative companies, some giant firms had paid a heavy price in the antitrust suit.Compare the positive attitude of other countries in antitrust, however, China seems to be a bit phlegmatic. It is normal to see that giant firm use their market advantage against those small new companies to restrict their improvement, and unfortunately it is no good for the Internet Industry whose core issue is creative. In China, some giant firms has developed their business through merger other small companies rather than do innovative research, and it is harm for the creative ability of Internet Industry in China. The fundamental and key issue in antitrust case is how to definition the relevant market, and the theories about how to definite the relevant market has been improved all the time.Full-text consists of five parts:The first chapter mainly analyzes the general theory of the relevant market.The second chapter is mainly introduce the methods about definition of the relevant market from different dimension.The third chapter analyzes the new changes and challenges brought by the Internet industry to definition of the relevant market.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the definition of the relevant market in internet industry through the specific cases.The last chapter main content is the suggestions about how to get improvement in definition the relevant market of Internet Industry of the author n the future of China.
