On The Policy Guarantee Of Ecological Civilization Construction

The report of our eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party sheetdiscusses ecological civilization for the first time,and set "beautiful China" as thegrand goal of ecological civilization construction in future. We put the ecologicalcivilization construction to the height of the overall on the paper,which shows that ourparty to deepen the understanding of the overall layout of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics,and also highlights our nation’s spirit of responsible for children andthe world.To strengthen the construction of ecological civilization is not only animportant link in implementing the scientific concept of development, is also toensure that the inevitable choice of China’s economic and social coordinateddevelopment. Part4is a response to the previous chapter, in order to strengthen policysupport as an opportunity to promote the ecological civilization construction, namely the path of exploration of ecological civilization construction to our country.Concreteon the fiscal and taxation,we should make good policy to ensure the developmentplan;increase investment in scientific research, ecological management, strengthen theenterprise and the local participation; establish support security system of theecological civilization construction; promote scientific management system andchange the concept of political achievements; and strengthen the consciousness ofcitizen participation and ecological education.The author thinks that, only from the global, multi-pronged, comprehensiveconstruction policy security system, our country’s ecological civilization constructionwill continue to push forward.
