As the organization reform and function adjustment in traffic administrative department,the training of traffic administrative law enforcement staff be taken seriously nowadays. As animportant part, the training effect evaluation is the key of training activities. However, thetraining effect evaluation of china’s public department obviously lags behind that of theprivate sector, the traffic administrative department also has many questions, such as functionloss, methods and tools behind, index system imperfect and so on, beyond all question, thedevelopment of the training work will be restricted.After personally research and sufficient data collection,Study how to construct arelatively perfect training effect evaluation system, with the purpose of using advanced humanresource management theory to elevate efficiency of training work. This article elaborates therelated theory of the evaluation of training effect and the traffic administrative lawenforcement as well as the process of practice. Secondly, using the related experience ofprivate sector and civil servant for reference, and combined the work reality, tentativeconstructing the system from five aspects. Thirdly, according to the index system, usingappropriate methods tools to demonstrate the system from four different levels.In conclusion, constructing perfect evaluation system is relatively difficult. This paperintegrates all aspects of knowledge and makes a tentative research, will provide some usefulreference and enlightenment for the training work, enforcement integration and service andthe construction of the service efficiency-oriented government, so as to inject new vitality ofthe healthy development of the transportation industry.
