Implementation Of The Growing Environment Of The Grassroots Cadres

In order to adapt the new age, we have to build a high-quality grassroots cadres team. In this point of view, good cadre growth environment is essential to achieve that goal since good environment will help the continuous development of high-quality grassroots cadres who at the same time will create a more excellent environment. The environment includes not only the hardware part, like the wages, prices, natural environment, public facilities, medical and health system, it also contains the software part, institutional, policy, cultural, legal, system of organization, the interpersonal environment. It has proved that good cadre growth environment is helpful to strengthen the organization cohesive force, attract the talented and raise the cadres’power of execution.Located in the northeast of Sichuan province, Jialing area, as a new urban, is weak in both finance and location. Thus, the grassroots cadres there face with harsh environment, such as trial working condition, low salary, and some other problems. This article is aimed at exploring the cadre growth environment in Jialing area, and finding out existing problems and the reasons for this severe environment. Based on my research, mis article also proposed some solutions endeavoring to improve the cadres developing environment in Jialing area.
