Research On Public Security Management Of Chengdu Municipal Floating Population

As the central city of the western china, Chengdu has rapidly development in recent years due to the western development strategy. Depend on the government policy, more and more floating citizens came to Chengdu and worked at here. This new phenomena leaded to positive and negative defects to the city. On the one hand, the industrial development and city construction embraced abundant labor resources. On the other hand, the huge population leaded to great pressure to society stable、public order management、regulation of the industry and public service. Due to the former reasons, to strengthen the floating population management has huge positive impacts on economic development、maintain social stability and promote the innovation of social management.This article utilized floating population management theory、 community policing theory and criminal theory to study. At the beginning, I had been analysis sorts of phenomena, such as the basic floating population situation of Chengdu、 illegal criminal characteristics and recent floating population policy. To point out there were many weaknesses could be found at recent floating population management, such as information registration, the routine management of the floating population and the law enforcement process. Meanwhile, there were many issues existed in some other aspects and the reasons causing that, such as policeman and floating population management assistants disposing, registration way, the rental housing management the village in city management, high-risk personnel management, as well as illegal punishment.
