The United States considers both the Asia-Pacific countries and its own strategic interests in the Asia-Pacific community which involved the balancing influential factors of China and its profound and complex background. This strategy is bound to create a challenge for China’s and foreign country’s security and will cause a great impact as a whole on the strategy.
