In the past30years, the urbanization process in China was focused on construction. The government ignores environment protection and social integration of migrant workers into city life. Which broughtmany problems to hinder the development of the economy. In the18th CPC National Congress our government raise the requirement of new urbanization. The prime minister Li Ke Qiang claim that the core idea in new urbanization will be human. The main task will be social integration of rural population. In this thesis, we try to study the impact of education policy on social integration of migrant workers into city life. Firstly, we design an index system to evaluate the degree of social integration and the corresponding questionnaire. Then we choose three typical migrant populations to do the survey. According to the results and analysis, we find that technical secondary school education and professional education can achieve greater input-output efficiency. These two kinds of education needs less time and resource input while they help migrant workers adapt the city life just as other higher education such as high school, junior college and undergraduate education.Based on the observation and analysis, we get the conclusion that during new urbanization process, more resource should be put into technical secondary school education which is usually focused on practical technique. While the junior college should be more profession orientation. And the government should create more opportunity of professional education for migrant workers.
