The Social Security System In Hebei Province Development Problem Analysis And Countermeasures Of Urban And Rural Integration

From the end of 2002, China put forward the development strategy of balancing urban and rural areas, Hebei Province, in order to respond to the call of the Party Central Committee and the State Council's strategic plan to start a new era of urban and rural integration development. Hebei province from 2009 to start the pilot work of urban and rural areas, has selected two prefecture level cities and 12 counties to carry out pilot work to co-ordinate urban and rural areas. With the development of our province's industrialization, the urbanization construction is also developing rapidly. However, with the development of agriculture and rural areas and the speed of industrialization and urbanization has become the development of the province at the present stage of the problem. The 18 big reports pointed out that the integration of urban and rural development is to solve the "three rural issues" is the fundamental way to increase the intensity of urban and rural development, and promote the common prosperity of the urban and rural; accelerate the improvement of the institutional mechanisms for the integration of urban and rural development, focus on urban and rural planning, infrastructure, public services and other propulsion integration, promote urban and rural elements of equal exchange and balanced allocation of public resources. So the integration of urban and rural development is an inevitable requirement of China's economic and social development to a certain stage. It is a strategic measure to improve the structure of urban and rural areas, and to reduce the gap between urban and rural areas.
