In900million of the rural population in China the number of the women left in rural areashas reached47million, left-behind women not only bear farming is carried on under asmall pension burden, our country left-behind children have52million plus theleft-behind elderly number is much higher than the left-behind women themselves, sothat the left-behind women because of its particularity, they are mental health problems isone of the most important problems which can not be ignored in the three rural issues.So the author thinks that the mental health of left-behind women in rural areas hasbecome an important aspect of socialist new rural cultural construction, is the key to therealization of agricultural modernization in our country.Sixteen session of fifth plenary session proposed "production development, lifewell-off, local custom civilization, village neatly, management democracy" of the newrural construction of20words policy. This20words policy is China’s rural long-termgoal and is basic standard to solve rural left-behind women’s psychological healthproblems.
