Institution is a modern Chinese social service organization form, whose organizational change has been the research focus among China reformers and domestic scholars. However, social organization changes inevitably encounter all kinds of resistances. How to control and avoid resistance to minimize the adverse effects of change is the key to success. Therefore, in view of the institution organizational change, resistance analysis (RA) and countermeasure research is very necessary.The research object in this thesis, BA Center belongs to cultural institutions. It is a modern media institution of radio, television and WBN. By analyzing various problems with BA Center during organizational transform, sorting out the resistant factors affecting organizational reform (OR), countermeasures are put forward for different resistances for OR.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, which mainly elaborates the research background, status quo and significance of this research. It introduces the structure, framework, methodology and technical routes of this paper. It is the summary of this study. The second part is literature review. This part starts from the development of OR theory and then turns to the relevant theory of OR resistance, as well as the supporting theory to overcome these resistances. The third part is the current OR of BA Center and analysis into its resistances. This chapter is the focus the whole study. It analyzes the resistance affecting OR from three aspects:organizations, groups and individuals involving OR. The fourth part is the countermeasures to OR resistance to BA Center. Based on the above-mentioned study, countermeasures are put forward to get over resistances in OR, to serve as a reference for OR managers in public institutions and enterprises during their performance management. The fifth part is conclusion and discussion. This part summarizes the text and comes up with my personal views on the direction and focus of OR resistance studies in the future.The thesis is based on organizational behaviors, human resources management as underpinnings. It is of certain practical significance to study and analyze the resistance in BA Center OR. In a narrow sense, some measures to reduce or eliminate various resistances in the OR of BA Center are proposed. In a broad sense, it is hoped that some feasible experience in coping with resistance can be explored for peer public institutions to explore OR.
