The Research On Interests Principle Of Ideological And Political Education On The Interests Theory Of Marxism

This paper studies on the interest principle of ideological and political education on theinterest theory of Marxism.Firstly，this paper explains two concepts，the interest theory of Marxism and the interestprinciple of ideological and political education，generalizes and expounds the connotation andcharacteristics of them. The interest theory of Marxism is not only referring to the interestthoughts of Marx and Engels，but also is a developing theory of ideology. By the ongoingtheoretical innovation，the Chinese communists push the interest of the Marxist ideology intoa new height. Generations of our party leaders have inheritance and development to theinterest theory of Marxism. Then the paper summarizes the interest thought of Marx andEngels， the interest thought of the Mao Zedong，the interest thought of Deng Xiaoping， theinterest thought of Jiang Zemin，and the interest thought of Hu Jintao，respectively introducesthe main contents and characteristics of these interest thoughts.Secondly，this paper mainly interprets the principle of the interest of the ideological andpolitical education，in which interest is the most important concept，expounding from thedefinition，and category and implementation model of the interest. And by adhering to theprinciple of interest is the righteousness of Marxist，adhering to the principle of interests is thesummary of historical experience，seeking the benefit for the vast majority of people mustinsist on the principle of benefit three aspects，analysis the relationship between the benefitsprinciple and the ideological and political education. It is concluded that the principle of theinterest is the important principles of ideological and political education.Finally，this paper mainly explores the countermeasures on the interest principle ofideological and political education on the interest theory of Marxism. First，the principle ofcollectivism is the general guiding ideology to the benefits principle of ideological andpolitical education. To safeguard the authority of the collective interest，and admit theindividual legal benefit; build socialism idea of moral and profit from the unifying perspectiveo idea of moral and profit. Second，we should combine material incentive and spiritualincentive together.Correctly handling the relationship between material incentive and spiritualincentive， observing the law and discipline is the rational choice in the socialist marketeconomy. Fifth，carrying out the scientific development perspective; realizing thecoordination of economic benefits and environmental benefits. To promote a conservationculture，ensuring builds environmentally friendly society; promoting the excellent traditionalculture to satisfy people’s growing cultural needs.
