Research On The Public Satisfaction Of The Social Security In Liaoning Province

Social Security is a direct public service for the public, and directly related to the vital interests of every citizen.Public reaction is critical to the social security system, while the few scholars to study social security satisfaction. This study used advanced statistical methods of mathematical modeling and analysis for the expansion of research in the field of social security, and rich in public service satisfaction theory and method have academic value. Structural equation modeling approach will be used in class data analysis, which applicated in the forefront of social science statistical analysis techniques to open up a new direction. Research reveals that the main factors affect satisfaction with social security can make a more targeted social protection services for national and local policies and provide data to support policy evaluation. Study found that the outstanding problems of social security system for the social security system reform and development, improved social security system services to provide a clue. This will improve the social security system, strengthening of relevant government departments to work more targeted and effective, improving the social security system services, building a harmonious socialist society has important practical significance.This is the first province to conduct large-scale social security sample survey of public satisfaction, access to a lot of empirical data. SPSS18.0software used descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, using advanced statistical software Mplus5.2confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling.
