In the rapid development of the social economy, the urbanization process isaccelerating the pace of life continues to improve, people need to travel moreconvenient, faster, and now the city, because of the old urban planning, constructionlag, with the traffic, people continued to increase, the road traffic managementsituation is getting worse, and its degree of congestion intensified. The struggle onthe road traffic participants compete space and time become increasingly prominent,and resulting the traffic management workload, the task is arduous. The traffic policestruggle to workhard, but the state of physical and mental fatigue restricts efficiency.Public security traffic management departments should keep up with the pace of thetimes, to improve traffic management efficiency. We must innovate and adjust servicemanagement mechanism, with a more scientific and more humane managementmechanism, with a mire scientific and mire humane management concepts to build anefficient team. Since2002, the Guangdong public security organs gradually study theimplementation of the police performance appraisal system, police force managementto establish long-term mechanism to police work and team building to inject newvigor and vitality for a positive and valuable practice and exploration. Relying onmodern information technology, online performance appraisal is gradually promotedand used by the public security organs, the paper combines grassroots traffic policesquadron of the assessment practices to explore and improve the online performanceevaluation approach.
