With the rapid development of economy, and further accelerate urbanization, road traffic management form more and more severe. Our country road traffic congestion in different degree, and has intensified trends, especially in cities, the original core area, the old, urban planning, construction, road traffic facilities and weak lags behind, the flow stream, and increasingly prominent contradiction between cars, traffic management, task, and large amounts of police work put forward higher request.Since the reform and opening up, China's public transport and construction team has achieved great development, but also is facing many difficulties and problems on the surface, as leaders in the management system, insufficient funds nervous, police, outfits. However, why in the same system, the same forces, the same funds and equipment conditions, the police work efficiency and quality of work, the quality is there exist obvious differences? Through the research and analysis will be found, actually restricts police work and team construction progress is the main reason, how deep the management problems. Police in the strain cannot fundamentally change how the situation, based on the existing few police service management, optimize, fully arouse mobilize enthusiasm, police used to maximize efficiency of police, public security department of tubal becomes an important issue.Based on public security traffic police nanchang performance assessment of analysis, using modern management methods, the team management performance evaluation model, in this model, the comprehensive considering influence all aspects of performance, the traffic police work and to make an objective evaluation of overall aspects, and according to the traffic management in the role and influence, to construct a weighted fitting performance evaluation system. Currently, the public security traffic police performance management in some problems still exist, management experience and extensive basically is still in the stage. Performance appraisal work is lack of scientific theory as the guide, forming a complete theoretical system. This modern scientific management of absorbing research, in combination with the characteristics of traffic management, establish practical and feasible performance evaluation model.
